Every order, every client, one list
Pending, sent, change requests and cancellations across all clients, filterable by client, date, status or SKU, with saved views for the lists you check daily.
Client portal and ordering →For independent fulfillment operators
Lithos 3PL™ gives a fulfillment operator a client portal, a warehouse queue, inventory with lots and expiry, UPS label buying and invoicing in one platform. Your own instance, your own data, built inside a working warehouse.

Every screenshot on this site is the Lithos demo environment with sample data. No customer data is shown.
Most independent 3PLs run on a shared inbox, a spreadsheet, a shipping tool and an accounting package that have never met. Every hand-off between them is a phone call, a retype or a mistake.
Someone retypes them. The error shows up at the packing bench, or at the customer's door.
"How many do I have?" is a phone call and a walk to the shelf. Lots and expiry dates are a separate tab, if they exist at all.
The label tool doesn't know the client. Tracking numbers travel back by email, and the label bill gets rebuilt later.
What shipped, what was stored and what was rebilled, for every client, pieced together from four places.
The operator, the warehouse and each of your clients work from the same orders and the same inventory. Nothing is copied between tools, because there is only one.
All orders, invoices, restocks, holds and inventory across every client, with an audit trail of who changed what and an email log of everything sent.
Orders reach the floor the moment they're placed. Scan to verify picks, buy the UPS label, and the tracking goes back to the client without anyone typing it.
Their own login: live stock, a new-order form with only their catalog, order history with tracking, invoices, credit balance and downloadable reports.
Four screens from the demo environment. The features page goes through all of it.

Client portal and ordering →
What needs picking, how old it is, which client it's for. Ship with UPS or mark it sent from the same row. Lot numbers follow the product onto the packing slip.
Pick lists and packing slips →
Until a label is bought, a client can edit quantities or the ship-to on a pending order themselves. After that, they send a change request and your staff see it in the queue.
Order changes →
Invoices per client, aging into paid, unpaid and overdue, with credit balances and payment history your clients can see for themselves.
Billing and invoices →
Every feature exists because a working warehouse needed it. Lots, expiry dates and certificates of analysis make Lithos a fit for regulated and perishable goods; they switch off for clients who don't need them.
Live stock, orders, restocks, invoices, reports and team logins per client.

Details →Lithos was built inside one working 3PL and is now opening to a small number of independent operators. Founding Operators get their own instance, onboarding done with them, a direct line to the people who build it, and a say in what gets built next.
No. Each operator runs on a dedicated instance with its own database. Your clients' data never shares a table with another 3PL's.
UPS, connected directly: rates, labels, voids and tracking from inside the pick list, on your UPS account or your client's. UPS is the only carrier today.
Store connectors for Shopify, WooCommerce and BigCommerce are coming. Today, orders arrive through the client portal, by CSV, or through the Lithos API.
A short call. We look at how orders come in today and show you Lithos on sample data. No obligation.
